An A frame swing only moves in one direction, whereas our UFO swing can move in all directions, a 360 degree swing. Its yellow EVA foam will provide added comfort for kids.
Its base material is made of permatron, the same base as a trampoline, it is very comfortable to sit/lie on and can hold more than one child, up to a weight limit of 90kg. You will find that other circular swings have straps which are uncomfortable.
This outdoor swing has extra securing sections to attach a normal swing seat if required, making it very adaptable. It is new to the market and unlike any other swing available. This unique design of frame will add some extra fun to your garden.
This product is supplied and delivered by one of our carefully selected retail partners. An email address or telephone number must be left at the point of ordering so that delivery may be arranged. Returns and Warranty
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery note. It is the responsibility (including the cost) of the consumer to return the unused goods in their original packaging using a safe and secure method to return the goods. If goods are refused by the buyer or the carriers have not been contacted after they have carded your property, the goods will be returned to us and we will refund less the cost of the delivery and any return charges we have incured.
Please note that we can only replace any missing parts if reported within 30 days of the delivery note. It is the buyers responsibilty to check the contents of their order and report any missing or damaged items within the 30 day period.
When placing orders, please make sure you have selected the correct item(s). The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
Please allow us 3-5 working days to dispatch your order. Pre-ordered items will be sent as soon as possible after the date quoted and we'll generally ship your entire order with your pre-ordered items. When your order is dispatched, we'll send you another email with details of how to track it.
Most orders are sent on a fully-tracked courier service with Yodel. To avoid perishable items being stuck at depots and deteriorating, no signature is required, and our courier is asked to leave your order in a safe place on your property.
We'll send a tracking link when we dispatch your order, so you know when its due to arrive. Please note, once delivered we cannot be held responsible for loss or theft from your property. If you have any specific delivery instructions, please let us know - there's an option to enter a short message for the courier at the checkout.
Smaller, lighter, single-item orders may be sent through the post with Royal Mail - in which case no tracking is available.
Our experienced nursery team will always send your plants nursery fresh in the perfect condition to thrive when you plant them, so although most plants are very tough and will not be affected by all but the most extreme frosts or heatwaves, we avoid dispatching the most perishable plants if extreme weather is forecast, or over Bank Holiday weekends.
Please note, we cannot guarantee delivery on a certain day or time. Delivery to outlying postcode areas may take 1-2 days longer, dependent on your location.
