• You can remove single female flowers to encourage more of the large double male flowers to be produced if you wish - although we like to leave them on for a fuller display.
• Deadhead faded blooms to extend the flowering period.

• Begonia ‘Apricot Fiery Shades’ grows well in sun and shade, and its trailing habit makes it perfect for this hanging basket.
• For best results keep plants well watered, and feed fortnightly with a high-potash fertiliser to prolong flowering.
• Remove faded flowers to encourage more blooms.
• Hang in a sunny or semi shaded position that is protected from strong winds.
• Take care not to over-water, as this will cause new Begonia flower buds to drop.
• Larger flowers are produces when the smaller female flowers are removed.

Smaller, lighter, single-item orders may be sent through the post with Royal Mail - in which case no tracking is available.

Our experienced nursery team will always send your plants nursery fresh in the perfect condition to thrive when you plant them, so although most plants are very tough and will not be affected by all but the most extreme frosts or heatwaves, we avoid dispatching the most perishable plants if extreme weather is forecast, or over Bank Holiday weekends.
