Treat yourself to something rather special by growing these dazzling bi-coloured roses in your garden. These eye-catching Floribunda roses produce masses of striped flowers that certainly pack a visual punch!
This novel variety boasts yellow blooms boldly splashed and striped in bright orange. 'Oranges and Lemons' are repeat flowering roses that produce large clusters of slightly fragrant blooms throughout the summer and into autumn, contrasting beautifully against dark green glossy foliage. Superb as cut flowers and striking in mixed flower borders.
Even when not in flower, these plants still reward with colour as new growth emerges in glossy maroon-red before transforming to deep green - so if you're looking for some 'wow factor' for many months, then these are the roses for you.
As Floribunda rose bushes, 'Oranges and Lemons' boast excellent disease resistance, are hardy and very easy to grow. Even perfect for those without ample garden space, you can grow these in large pots on the patio or balcony.
The incredible colour is caused by what is known as a 'jumping gene' which creates instability in the colour of each flower, so can be either of two colours - or both! This makes each petal and flower completely unique, giving a lovely contrasting mix as no two blooms will be the same. Floribunda roses are often repeat flowering, producing multiple large clustered blooms across a long season and making them ideal in the garden.
Supplied as a pair of bare root roses, ready to plant.
Add mycorrhizal fungi to the roots when planting to help the plant establish quicker.
