Description
These beautiful winter flowering Jasmine are reliable and easy to grow shrubs that fill the garden with colour in the depths of the dreariest months of the year.
They grow as loose scrambling bushes and produce eye-catching arching stems that become smothered in bright yellow flowers from winter to spring. This is followed by glossy green foliage that fills pesky spaces in beds and borders with ease. If space is limited in your garden, Winter Jasmine can be grown in large patio pots and containers.
Winter hardy, they perform well in most soil types and flower best when planted in sunny spots, where they bring life to spaces left bare by winter weather. Easy to grow, they require no pruning except for a trim to control growth. They can be trained to a trellis up a fence, and are particularly effective when grown with ivy to cover unsightly walls.

The supplied pot canes are designed to grip the plants and keep them growing upright, to reduce the risk of damage.
Care Information
- Water potted plants well.
- Dig a hole a little deeper and three times the width of the supplied nursery pots
- Add a soil conditioner such as well-rotted manure to the earth removed from the hole if necessary
- Remove the plants from pots and tease out a few of the roots
- Place your plant in the hole at the same level at the pot
- Refill the hole with the earth removed (backfilling)
- Firm in the soil with your heel, avoiding the root ball
- Water well and mulch around the base of the plant with a collar, compost, gravel, bark etc

Smaller, lighter, single-item orders may be sent through the post with Royal Mail - in which case no tracking is available.
Our experienced nursery team will always send your plants nursery fresh in the perfect condition to thrive when you plant them, so although most plants are very tough and will not be affected by all but the most extreme frosts or heatwaves, we avoid dispatching the most perishable plants if extreme weather is forecast, or over Bank Holiday weekends.
