A lovely mix of a remarkably compact species of Gladioli, 'Lipstick' gets best results from planting in autumn or early winter, unlike bolder and brasher cousins.
This variety boasts a lovely, blended palette of pinks, reds, whites and blush colours, often appearing with a characteristic fuchsia pink lipstick marking on the petals, making them quite different and unique.
Forget big and bold showy Gladioli, these beauties are certainly understated, so plant them in groups of 5 or 10 mixed into borders, for summer colour.
Despite being short stemmed, 'Lipstick' are fantastic cut flowers, allowing the delights of nature to be enjoyed for even longer.
Supplied as a pack of 30 mixed bulbs, size 7/8 ready to plant out in autumn.
