Emerging stems are succulent-like, while the leaves have a textured feel and stretch up to a mightily impressive 10cm each. The colour contrast is really drawing, light pink at the centre of each leaf, with rich green edges.
As with many other houseplants, this variety even helps to cleanse the air of the home, filtering out unwanted pollutants and toxins.
Tolerant of lower light levels such as shade, easy to care for, and all-round low maintenance, this plant grows at a generous rate, reaching around 70cm tall in full maturity, so this is a great addition to any houseplant collection, or is a good first variety for a beginner to grow - a marvellous gift for a loved one too!

This variety is happiest in good humidity, so will perform well in a bathroom or conservatory. A well-lit location away from direct sunlight is ideal.

Smaller, lighter, single-item orders may be sent through the post with Royal Mail - in which case no tracking is available.
Our experienced nursery team will always send your plants nursery fresh in the perfect condition to thrive when you plant them, so although most plants are very tough and will not be affected by all but the most extreme frosts or heatwaves, we avoid dispatching the most perishable plants if extreme weather is forecast, or over Bank Holiday weekends.
